The defending world cup champions of 2011, Indian Cricket Team, came into this world cup with a disastrous form. Not being able to win a single match in Australia throughout the Australian summer, with batsman not being able to come up with frequent good performances, bowlers leaking runs all around the park. And not surprisingly, very few people expected India to go so far in this World Cup. But our out of form team did wonders and didn’t take long to shut the mouths of all the haters.

I still remember comments like “Just win the match against Pakistan, that’s nothing less than a world cup win.”

Not to forget, we came in the world cup as “One of the Weakest Bowling Attack”. But our bowlers punched everyone in their face with their amazing performance.
3. Once Again We Proved To Be The Best Asian Team – Subcontinent Kings
Asia being the home to few of the strongest cricket teams like India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan. But once again we proved we are the best in the business.
4. Winning Back to Back Matches MSD became only the 3rd Captain in the World To win 100 Matches in ODI – Captain Cool
No matter we are out of the world, this guy has proved to be one of the best crickets captains the world has ever had. We all should be proud of his efforts throughout the world cup.
5. Now Here are few Priceless Moments from This World Cup- Bleed Blue Forever
The moments we are gonna cherish for long. Win or Lose, we love you Indian Cricket Team.
This has been a great world cup for us. Its not always about winning, the thing that is more important is the fact that our team has really performed well throughout the world cup campaign and made us proud. Bad games and losses our part of the game, one bad game in the semi-finals shouldn’t get us all disappointed. Hope we will take it back in 2019. Bleed Blue Forever !
